Bio

Erin is the firm’s point person on all graphic design projects and web development work. She also manages a host of KRC accounts involving media relations and community outreach. Her happy clients include the Alaska Federation of Natives, Community Action Marin, Insight Center for Community Development and photographer Ginna Fleming.

Erin brings training in international affairs, experience with both governmental and non-governmental organizations and a richly cross-cultural personal background to her work. Prior to joining KRC, Erin served as a legislative assistant to Congressman Adam Schiff (D-CA 29). In this capacity, Erin conducted research, made policy recommendations, crafted talking points, met with lobbyists and members of constituent groups, drafted legislation and correspondence, collaborated with other congressional offices, and assisted in coordinating the Congressman’s participation in the 2004 Democratic National Convention. In Washington D.C., Erin also served as a graduate fellow for the federal government, where she worked as a political research analyst, specializing in international affairs.

Erin has a B.A. in International Relations from the University of California at Berkeley and an M.A. in International Policy from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, where she specialized in negotiations and conflict resolution. She is a graduate of Emerge California and the National Outdoor Leadership School and is fluent in both Indonesian and Spanish. Erin lives in Monterey County with her husband Trevor, son Rowan and labradoodle Brody.
